Usage Quotas

What Counts Toward Quotas

AI-Generated Tests:

  • Each test generated by AI (not manual creation)
  • Resets monthly on billing date
  • Shared across organization

Discovery Sessions:

  • Each discovery crawl started
  • Regardless of pages discovered
  • Resets monthly on billing date

Team Members:

  • Active members in organization
  • Pending invitations don’t count
  • Doesn’t reset (permanent limit)

Tracking Usage

View current usage:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Usage” tab
  3. See quotas and consumption

Usage indicators:

  • Green: <70% used
  • Yellow: 70-90% used
  • Red: >90% used (approaching limit)

Get alerts:

  • Enable notifications at 80%, 90%, 100%
  • Settings → Notifications → Usage Alerts

What happens at quota limit: AI generation and Discovery features become unavailable until quota resets or you upgrade. Tests execution never stops.

Billing

Payment Methods

Accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (Pro plan only)
  • Wire transfer (Pro annual only)

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly: Billed on same day each month
  • Annual: Billed once per year (17% discount)
  • Anniversary date: Based on subscription start
  • Auto-renewal: Automatic unless cancelled

Invoices

Access all invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Invoices” tab
  3. Download PDF or CSV

Invoice includes:

  • Billing period
  • Plan name and price
  • Payment date
  • Payment method
  • Company details (if provided)
  • Tax ID (for EU customers)

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • Day 1: Auto-retry + email notification
  • Day 3: Second retry attempt
  • Day 7: Final retry + warning email
  • Day 10: Downgrade to free plan

To fix: Update payment method in Settings → Billing

Upgrading

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading when:

  • Need more team members
  • Running out of AI quota
  • Want more discovery sessions
  • Need better support
  • Require API access

Upgrade Process

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Upgrade Plan”
  3. Select new plan (Growth or Pro)
  4. Review changes and pricing
  5. Confirm upgrade

Effective immediately:

  • New features available right away
  • Quotas increased instantly
  • Pro-rated charge for current period
  • Next billing date unchanged

Downgrading

Before Downgrading

Check these:

  • Team member count (may need to remove some)
  • Active integrations (some may be disabled)
  • Scheduled test plans (excess will be disabled)
  • Data retention (older data may be deleted)

Downgrade Process

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select lower tier
  4. Review impact and changes
  5. Confirm downgrade

Timing:

  • Takes effect at end of current billing period
  • Keep current plan benefits until then
  • No refunds for unused time

Cancellation

What Happens

When you cancel:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • No more charges after period
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days
  • After 30 days, data permanently deleted

Cancel Process

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Select cancellation reason
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Export data if desired

  3. Enter Tax ID or VAT number
  4. Save changes
